AI Assistant
BackAn assistant in every page of the panel (the ✦ button in the top bar): it answers questions about the hosting, looks at the real settings and logs with the user's own permissions, and makes changes only after the user presses OK. It uses the Claude API key and the AI credits of the AI Website Builder.

Also per plan: Service Plans > Permissions > AI assistant. The additional users of a customer see only the tools of their role's permissions.
What it can do
Read: subscriptions, domains, DNS (also public lookups), SSL, logs, PHP and hosting settings, mail, databases, backups, scheduled tasks, WordPress, malware findings, resource usage; for administrators also services, server logs, banned IPs, recent jobs, mail queue, firewall, system updates, disk health, processes, disk usage and containers. Change, after the user presses OK: DNS records, new mailboxes and forwarders, forwarding, PHP settings and version, SSL, backup now, WordPress updates and cache, new scheduled tasks; for administrators also banning, unbanning and trusting IPs, delivering the mail queue now, and starting or restarting services, subscriptions and system containers. Never deletions, restores, suspensions or commands.
Credits
Every answer costs AI credits (1 credit = USD 0.01 of Claude cost), from the same monthly AI credits of the plan as the AI Website Builder: a customer's subscription, a reseller's pool. Administrators have no limit. A question with a few checks usually costs 1–5 credits.
